Home Assesments...
This can be tailored to your requirements. We can offer a full physiotherapy musculoskeletal assessment. This will highlight any mechanical, ergonomic or postural problems you may have. It will also identify any areas you need to work on to improve your physical health, and aid recovery and prevention of injury.
You will be provided with a comprehensive exercise programme with consideration to commencing Yoga.
You can discuss any concerns you may have, face to face, and try some of the Yoga poses individually.
One to one / Private Yoga Sessions...
Take place in the comfort of your own home, on a one-to-one basis.
Alternatively if you have a few friends that you would like to practice yoga with in a small group, a venue can be arranged.
Corporate sessions are available - These sessions can be tailored to your specific requirements. Yoga can be used to de-stress your team, for rest and relaxation, or to re energise you and your colleagues. It can help to improve postural awareness, aid recovery from musculoskeletal injury, and help with the prevention of injury. Contact us for further details
Short Yoga courses and training sessions are available for physiotherapists. Yoga is widely recognised as a valuable therapeutic intervention.
These training sessions will enable you to add yoga to your own clinical practice, or expand your back rehabilitation programme to incorporate a new treatment approach.

Yoga for schools is available. Yoga is widely recognised as a useful educational tool. It's popularity is increasing as it provides the children with an opportunity to explore an alternative way of keeping active. Children benefit from working on balance, co- ordination and flexibility in a fun environment. Yoga can help to aid relaxation, which is an area that can be largely overlooked in this age group. Short courses and training sessions are available for yoga instructors. These training sessions are aimed at improving your knowledge of soft tissue injury, healing and repair. We will cover the pathology of common injuries you will encounter amongst your students. You will be taught how to adapt yoga poses safely and appropriately, and how to advise your students to ensure a safe and enjoyable yoga practice.
